The TexShare Card Program is a cooperative borrowing agreement among participating libraries in the state of
Texas.
The TexShare Card Program allows OLLU students, staff and faculty the ability to checkout books and other library materials
that aren't available at Sueltenfuss Library.

OLLU TexShare Card Eligibility:
- All OLLU Students including Extended Learning/Weekend College
- OLLU Staff
- OLLU Faculty
- OLLU Alumni
- OLLU Sisters (CDP)
Any individual known to have outstanding charges at Sueltenfuss Library may be denied
the right to participate in the program.
Acquiring a TexShare Card:
TexShare Cards may be obtained at the Research Assistance desk at Sueltenfuss Library.
For proper activation, an OLLU Librarian and the card requestor must sign the card.
Only an OLLU librarian has permission to activate TexShare cards.
By signing a card, requestors agrees to the privileges and obligations associated with
participation in the program and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of
participation set out in the borrowers agreement.

Checking out/Returning Materials through TexShare:
Borrowers must present valid photo identification (OLLU ID, Texas driver's license,
etc.) along with their OLLU-issued TexShare Card to the lending library's checkout desk.
Materials should be returned on or before the due date to the library from which they
were borrowed, not to Sueltenfuss Library. It is the responsibility of the borrower to
know when the materials are due back at the lending library.
Return materials in person or by a form of priority mail if recalled by the lending library.
Borrower is responsible for any charges for late, damaged, or lost materials.
Lending policies are made by the individual libraries that participate in the TexShare
Card program. Because of this, lending policies may vary from library to library. Click Here

Borrowers agree to surrender the TexShare Card to TexShare library staff if requested.
TexShare Card Expiration:
OLLU student TexShare Cards will expire ten days after the day of activation.
OLLU faculty and staff TexShare Cards will expire one year after the day of activation.
After the TexShare Card expires, users may apply for a new one.
