ILL Request Form

Beginning January 1, 2006, you will be required to provide your valid OLLU email address with each request. The interlibrary loan department will no longer be able to send interlibrary loan related correspondence to email addresses outside of the university domain, e.g., Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.
